Hill Sprints!


Yesterday I got in an AWESOME workout of Hill Sprints and Kettlebell swings at the park by my house! 

So great to get in a workout that pushed me. 

Running? eww. 

HILLS? ewwww!

But together they gave me the lung burner I needed to start my week right!
