USUALLY I eat a mixture of Paleo/Clean eating.... but most of the time I am 100% Paleo & Gluten Free!

USUALLY I eat a mixture of Paleo/Clean eating.... but most of the time I am 100% Paleo & Gluten Free!
Paleo:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Clean Eating:
- Eat 5-6 Small Meals a Day
- Eat every 2-3 Hours
- Drink at Least 2 Liters of water each day
- Never miss a meal, especially breakfast
- Avoid all over-processed foods, refined foods, especially white flour and sugar
- avoid all saturated and trans fat
- No soda or Sugary Juices
- No Alcohol
- Avoid all calorie dense foods with no nutritional value
- Depend on fresh fruits and veggies for fiber, vitamins and enzymes
- Stick to proper portion sizes.... Give up super sizing!
