I decided I wanted a More STRUCTURED workout plan for the forseeable future.
So I decided to Come up with a CROSS TRAINING plan.
Here is my Workout Schedule for this Month:
Saturdays & Sundays are not on the Schedule because they will be my rest days OR optional cardio days (I zumba on the weekend...)
Here is my WOD for today which is Chest & Arms!!!!!!
(Run is NOT in the cards today because I was called into work at 6:30 AM)
3 sets of 12 Medball Rolling Pushups
3 sets of 12 bicep curls
3 sets of 12 chest fly
3 sets of 12 Hammer curls
3 sets of 12 over head dumbell press
