Holiday CrossFit Wod: Tabata Style!

Craziest thing Happened....

It is no secret that I have been struggling to eat healthy a midst the Christmas cookies, brownies and candies!!!

So I weighed myself today to see how I was holding up:

141.2 lbs

I lost another pound!!!!!!!

I'm guessing in spite of eating tons of goodies, I haven't been meeting my daily caloric needs???

I will try harder to document my food in pictures today!!!!!

This week is my LAST week of work & then I have  two weeks off!

Woot woot!

Tonight I am GOING to the gym!

I took last week off to concentrate on finals and I am SO happy to go back!



I'm so happy to go back to the gym!!!

Would it be over-dramatic to say I feel weaker for skipping a week of wods??

What are you guys doing to get ready for the Holidays??!!

    I just got back from holiday and can't wait to get back into a regular workout schedule! I'm nervous about how I'm going to do at CrossFit though - being away sure does have an impact on strength/stamina!
