I had an AWESOME strength workout tonight with my
Coach boyfriend and sister in law!
Also, We bought a SQUAT RACK!
It had been a growing concern of ours that we would not be able to squat since we had quit our crossfit gym memberships...
So this Saturday we found a GREAT deal on Craigslist and went a bartered for it!
I was SO happy to squat with this sucker today!

Squatting is one of my FAVORITE lifts, and I'm excited to get better at it! My goal is to be able to squat 195 by next July! (Gives me 1 whole year!)
Right now I can squat about 135-140!
