Unpleasant Weight Gain

IT'S TRUE!

All that binge eating and lack of exercise led to a TWO POUND WEIGHT GAIN!

I know it was not just fluctuation because I have weighed myself all week and have been at 140 lbs.

I GAINED TWO POUNDS!

Two pounds that took me many weeks to lose.

LUCKILY, I'm getting back on the straight and narrow with my eating.

It has been harder to get on a strict exercise plan though, because my days have been sporadic.

I miss the comfort of my old schedule - I did everything at the same time EVERYDAY.

School from 8-12, Work from 1:30-6, Gym from 7-8, Dinner at 8:30 and Bed by 10:30.

I look back by how I thought I had so very little time, but now I see I was SO LUCKY to be on a strict schedule.

Now I have wayyyyy too much room for error and giving up and lying to myself.

-Lying to myself that I will workout after work when I know Jeff and I are BOTH too tired now that he has started his new job.

-Lying to myself that it's stupid to go to my families gym because it's not a CrossFit gym

IN A YEAR FROM NOW, I WANT TO BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!

I have officially been on this journey for a year, and I feel GREAT about the progress I made.

I want to do even MORE in this upcoming year.

IT's going to be allot harder without my CrossFit membership, but I'm willing to give it everything I've got!

One of the bloggers I follow, Petite Athleat, might start doing customized meal plans and I'm excited to try them out!!!!

  1. Two pounds can seem like fifteen, right? I have five pounds I struggle with and it's such hard work! But, you know, sometimes mixing things up is what you need. A break from the hard Crossfit training and maybe some regular gym time might help things along.

I just started back at the gym about three weeks ago. I complained all of last week that I couldn't get the weight to move! But finally, FINALLY, it's moving.

    You can do it, girl!
