Weightlifting Workout



Yesterday's Wod was my weightlifting workout at 55 lbs!!

Today was rest day and tomorrow is going to be a cycling day!!!

I've been sick the past couple days - but I haven't let that stop me from training!

Tomorrow I am definitely going to take it slow!

  2. Nice! I hit the squat rack today after almost a month ... I managed to do alright, but it wasn't easy!
