I started this blog in July 2012 to document my "get healthy" journey!

Current Progress!

I am a 22 year old who has been struggling with weight loss/gain since the age of 11. 

After years of crash dieting followed by splurging and extreme weight gain, I have decided to take the leap and eat HEALTHY & EXCERCISE!
(who would've guessed it works?!)

After working out at a Globo-Gym (typical gym) & at home for several months (without much progress), I took the leap and joined a CrossFit gym in October 2012!!

This blog is a way for me to log my food and workouts throughout the week, as well as connect with people who have experienced the same hardships I have with losing weight and getting in shape!

I Have lost 19 Pounds so far, (gained a TON of muscle) and am loving every part of this journey! I have truly started to love my body again!

I worked out at a CrossFit gym for a year, and I now take the knowledge I learned there and apply it to my "At Home" workouts!
