Quick Lil' Workout!


Today was HOT here in AZ!! We had a heat warning, with Temperatures up to 112-118 Degrees!!

My initial goal was to go running, but I only made it a little less than 1/2 a mile before I had to turn around and go home.. It was TOO HOT!

 I'm a little bloated because my eating has been FAR from perfect lately!! Still trying to get into that summer routine - and I haven't been spending any money on food prep, because I am working a small part time job and trying to SAVE money!

Quicky Workout:


I ended up just doing this small set of movements to get my body moving!!

It hardly took any time at all, and while I KNOW I could've done allot more - I was glad at least I got my body movin'!

Tomorrow I will do a REAL/HARD workout!

  1. I like the quick workout! I always need new ideas :)

    I love running outside but summer is tricky! If it's too hot (or in Ohio it's usually just too muggy), it makes running miserable!

  2. My whole motto is to do something every day - doesn't always have to be a long workout - just some movement!!
