Wow!
I had an awesome week last week!
I have been eating ALLOT better Mon-Fri!
I really need to work on getting those weekends under control...but my birthday is this weekend.
SO AFTER MY BDAY! :)
I did this AWESOME wod tonight and loved it! I have decided now that I am not attending a CrossFit gym I really need to push myself harder and challenge myself.
Since I HATE running, I have dedicated myself to do ALLOT more running and be able to run SIX miles by November!!
NEXT up, IR4!!!
I found this AWESOME webpage IR4 through the mom of the little girl I do respite care for!
This website & facebook group pairs athletes up with special needs children and you run or train for them!
From the Website:
"We all have friends who say “run some for me” because they don’t WANT to run… what about those who physically CAN’T run? After an inspiration from a close friend who was battling bilateral hip dyspasia – Founder Tim Boyle found a whole new inspiration to run.
The mental and emotional encouragement for both runner and honorary runner is proving to be a whole new level of motivation and awareness. Runners are able to find a whole new sense of purpose in their running while sharing who they are running for and bringing awareness to diseases and disabilities of all types".
I've signed up to be partnered with a special person I can dedicate my training to!
What a wonderful and amazing opportunity we have to train and run for someone who cannot. I am SO excited to get my partner!
Last but not least, here are some pictures of the delicious food I have been feasting on lately:
(lite cool whip & strawberries)
I hope everyone had a great weekend!!
Such a good workout! might have to try that one!
