Back to It!

Tomorrow is the start to my regular schedule!

I couldn't be MORE happy :)

I tried to eat well today, though I was met with a few setbacks at dinner tonight!

For breakfast I had eggs & 1/3 a avocado

For lunch....

I think I missed lunch?

What can I say, I slept in until TEN so I got a REALLY late start to my day!

Then for dinner, I went to my boyfriends house without asking if they ate yet/what they were having...

Oops! Big mistake, they were having PIZZA!

Now I will NOT forget to ask about that BEFORE going over!

Tomorrow I will be getting back into CrossFit for what seems like the first time in a LONG time!

I believe it's only been a little over a week but I am nervous anyways!

I will let you know how it goes!


  1. Good luck getting back on the CrossFit :) It's tough getting everything back in order after Christmas and new Year, but it's slowly getting easier :)


  2. Hope getting back to CrossFit went smoothly. I went back after almost 3 weeks and took ages to recover! I haven't been in 2013 yet ... but will have to get back to it soon and then go through the pain of readjusting once again!
