Goals March 4-9th.. FAIL!


I started out this week strong with my goals for March:




Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all went well. 

Thursday and Friday did NOT!

Now it's Saturday, my cheat day and I donn't feel like I deserve it. 

Nevertheless, here I am cheating away!

My question is this:

After the months I spent detoxing my body of carbs and sugar, Why am I sabotaging myself again?

I feel like I need to do something drastic to get healthy again. 

I talked to my boyfriend and he agreed. 

So, I am thinking of Starting a 30 day Paleo Challenge!!

Not Yet, but soon.

  1. I haven't done the Paleo challenge, but I think it's a good way to get back on track. You can do this!
