I decided to challenge myself to do only "fun" workouts this week!!!
Yesterdays was AWESOME (if I have time I might do it again after today's)
So today I wanted to challenge myself, and try it again in a week to see if I improved!!!

I totally agree that you have to find something fun to do when you're working out so that it won't feel so much like a workout. I used to run and then I realized I HATE running. Now I play tennis and I love it so much more and still get in a good work out. Just found your blog and have enjoyed getting to know you better. I'm excited to follow along!
