I ate REALLY well today!
I am so happy to get a great start off to this week!
What I ate:
Breakfast:
1 Banana in full-fat greek yogurt (full-fat is better for you)
Lunch:
Leftovers: Chicken stir fry, drumstick, brocoli
Paleo bbq Sauce
Snack:
Notice something different than my snacks last week??
That's right.. I cut out the dark chocolate!
I'm going for a weight loss this week!
Dinner:
Boyfriend cooked, I did the dishes
Steak, Broccoli, Salad with cucumbers & avacado
Now time for me to read my Paleo book and get to bed!!
