When you work with kids in an afterscool program, there are some days that you DREAD and wish you had a sudden ilness that coulod keep you from work...
Early Release Days.
Am I being over-dramatic? Maybe.
But tomorrow is a day where (school usually gets out at 2:15) The bell will ring at 11:45
And we will be watching crazy hyper children from 11:45 - 6:00 p.m.
(this might be me at work tomorrow?)
It gets worse for me, Because I have to go
To school at 7 a.m.
Straight to Work
Straight to Dinner for Jeff's Birthday & a Movie...
So If I don't post tomorrow, now you know why ;)
Food Time:
Breakfast: Egg & Apple
Lunch: GIANT Chicken & Veggie Greek Salad
Tried herbal tea for the first time today... LOVED it
Dinner: Veggie & Chicken Stir Fry from YC's Mongolian Grill..
I LOVE that place, it is so diet friendly!
I don't know if you can tell but I have ALL of the following in my bowl:
Water Chestnuts, Broccoli, Onions, Zucchini, Carrots, & Spinach
(& now I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!)
Fat-free, Sugar Free Frozen Yogurt!
