Wod & Photo Diet!

It was TOUGH to go back to school and work after that awesome 3 day weekend!

I had a pretty good workout today, and ate pretty well too!

For my five rep max I reached a new PR of 105 lbs!!!!! I was VERY happy with my weight!

This was the scaled version of our gyms workout tonight.

I finished in 9:46 mins!

The workout my boyfriend was doing looked ALLOT harder!

Photo Diet:

Breakfast: two scrambled eggs and a glass of milk!

Lunch: 1 large chicken breast chopped into a Cesar salad!

Snack: almonds & water!

Dinner: Delicious glazed pork chop, healthy potato skins and green beans!

I also conquered a personal goal of mine...

To wear a tight/fitted tank top to the gym!

For some reason I have been TERRIFIED to do so... thinking everyone there would judge me.

Then tonight, as I wore it I came to a realization....

NO ONE CARES WHAT I WEAR OR LOOK LIKE AT THE GYM

Mind Blowing.

Have you ever struggled with appearance issues at the gym?

  1. Nice! I usually have some kind of issue with what I wear to the gym, especially T shirts. I got a workout t shirt for Christmas so I've been wearing that. It pulls here and there, but because it's my dedicated 'fitness' shirt I don't mind - it's more of a goal to make it fit :)

  2. Omg, I just tried CrossFit for the first time yesterday! I am dying! I'm so sore!!! Can't even walk!

All the food looks good, btw.

  3. I definitely have issues with the way I look at the gym, though I'm glad to say it never stopped me. The best thing about that is that I kept going, kept losing weight, and now I am able to wear outfits that I feel more confident in. I've got my eye on a few more cute gym clothes that I'd like to buy ... but need to drop some more weight before I do. It's a good reward for hard work :)
