What She Ate 11/19/20

Breakfast: Banana & Small Cup of Coffee

Lunch:
 Protein Salad with turkey, boiled eggs & cheese!


After Workout:
Chocolate & Milk Protein Drink 


Dinner:
 Sliders with cheese, brocolli & Bruschetta topping!!
