Photo Diet 7/17/12

Crazy, packed day....

I'm late for bed so I will keep this short & sweet :)

Breakfast:
 2 scrambled egg whites, keeping it simple after last nights birthday celebration :)

Pre Workout Snack:
 1 handful of almonds

Lunch:
 The Boyfriend made me whole wheat pizza with asparagus, chicken, tomatoes,and  spinach....

Literally the BEST homemade pizza I have EVER had... and so packed with veggies!

Dinner:
Sweet & Sour Meatballs on a bed of Whole wheat chow mein - another creation by the boyfriend!
The recipe for the DELICIOUS and thick sweet & sour sauce originally called for sugar but he sweetened it with HONEY this time....

I didn't even taste a difference!
