True Story: I was NOT in a good mood yesterday/had low energy levels...
I skipped my evening Zumba class, then my CRAZY Boyfriend made me do Crossfit with him (his workout of choice) and it made me WHOLE day better!!! Thanks Jeff :)
Here is my W.O.D for the day:
5a.m. 2 mile light jog/walk
and to top it all off I will be spending my friday evening relaxing and watching the Big Bang Theory with my Boyfriend while trying out this little number:
