Today is Run & Shoulders & Triceps!
Unfortunatley my Dad and I ( he's my running partner)
Have been taking a few days off running due to some issues he is having with his feet.
Shoulder & Tricep Workout:
Do TWICE as fast as you can-
20 Tricep bench dips
13 Dumbbell front raise
15 Overhead Tricep dumbbell extensions
20 Tricep bench dips
13 dumbbell front raise
15 overhead tricep extensions
&
50 situps
1 minute plank
25 bicycles
30 second plank
15 crunches
