Legs-
20 Minutes on the Stair Climber
10x10 Barbell Squat
10x10 Lying Leg Curl
Seated Calf Raise 3x20
Leg Raise 3x20
Abs-
30 Crunches
20 Bicycle Crunches
20 weight ball twists
10 Side plank lifts on each side
30 crunches
1 minute plank
20 weight ball twists
30 crunches
