10 Minute Workout!

My Legs are DEAD from the other day. 

I thought I was sore yesterday..
But when I woke up today I had to waddle to my coffee!

but its a GOOD hurt :)

I can already tell this wod is going to kick my butt because it has BURPEES IN IT
EWW burpees hate me and I hate them

I wanted to scream and then delete this workout when I saw it was what I was doing today

But then I remembered I am trying to build a better body and If I don't like burpees then they are probably good for me!

ANYWAYS here is some motivation to get us going today:
"It's always too early to quit."
Put down the Atkins book and pick up a five pound weight.

I LOVE the last picture and look at it ALL the time...

I constantly lose 1 lb a week and feel a little bummed, I know I am losing weight the RIGHT way - eating healthy & excercise - no crash diet 

But sometimes it just seems so Sloowww

This pic is a good reminder that losing a pound of fat is ALLOT  and to celebrate when I lose a lb one week and maintain the next week.  

Because I lost two handfuls of nasty fat!!!!

Anyways, I hope I've inspired someone to get MOVIN today :)

    I've been doing boot camp fitness for over a year and love it. Not exactly where I want to be since I love food BUT I feel great.
