This is becoming a very scary tradition for me...
Every Wednesday I have been running HILLS!
I go to the local park where we have a nice, steep inclined hill
& every week I put it back into my workouts because I love it so much!
This week I have to Back Pedal up the hill... which basically means jogging backwards!
I'm EXCITED for this!
(although I'm sure my butt will be REALLY sore afterwards)
