My First Try at H.I.I.T Training!

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training (I think)

You will need:

Space

H.I.I.T Timer, Lucky for us there is an APP for FREE!!!!

Workout:

 So I used my new app to set a timer for 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 12 rounds and it was AWESOME!

  1. I just stumbled upon your blog! Kudos for being so open and honest about your struggle. I try to do the same (although I blog about everything, not just my weight); as I know there are plenty of others out there like us battling the bulge and the food that brings it on.
