Workout of the DAY!


Which means a few different things to me...

1. I have class from 8 a.m. -11:05

2. I have to workout between school & work

3. Its early release at the elementary school I work at and I have to be there at 1:15

4. I have to do a faster workout so I will be ready on time!

Which means:

Because I know it takes 20 minutes, and I could use a good challenge. 

Last week I was able to finish 18 rounds in 20 mins!

So my goal is to complete more than 20....


  1. Hey Dani! Sounds like a good workout to me! Besides no matter how weak you think it is, a workout is always a workout!

    Sometimes I take my dogs out for a short walk (around 20 blocks) and then I get home and feel I didn't workout at all but then I think's better than nothing!
