Today is WEDNESDAY!
Which means a few different things to me...
1. I have class from 8 a.m. -11:05
2. I have to workout between school & work
3. Its early release at the elementary school I work at and I have to be there at 1:15
4. I have to do a faster workout so I will be ready on time!
Because I know it takes 20 minutes, and I could use a good challenge.
Last week I was able to finish 18 rounds in 20 mins!
So my goal is to complete more than 20....
