So for today I went on my a.m. run already.... It was HARD today.
Maybe because it's Monday??
and now I have Legs & Core..
and this is how I feel about Burpees:
This is one of the workouts my boyfriend created for me for days I don't feel like going to the gym, like today.
On the back of each card he wrote me a quote, this one says:
