My legs aren't sore from yesterday's W.O.D....yet

Here is my W.O.D for today:

Side Lateral Raises

Front Dumbbell Raise

Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Hammer Curls

Lateral Pull Downs

1 Hour of Zumba!!
