WOD 7/24/12 Shoulders & Triceps

Today I am going to do a Crossfit Travel WOD 

(because I am not going to the gym)

and hopefully I chose one the incorporates shoulders & triceps at least a little, because crossfits goal is about TOTAL fitness and NOT just secluding certain muscles...

I'm Excited!

Also may I add that the Paleo diet already makes me feel skinnier?????
